Hi everyone,

I’m running into a strange issue with the document-sync feature on docs.cloud.japancv.co.j, and I’m hoping someone here has seen this before. My files upload normally at first, but after a few minutes the sync process suddenly stops without any error message. When I refresh the page, it shows that only part of the document was saved.

I’ve already tried switching browsers, clearing cache, and even testing on a different network, but the problem keeps happening. Is there a specific setting or limit that could cause the sync to pause like this? Or does the platform have a timeout that I should be aware of?

If anyone has dealt with this or knows where to look in the settings, I’d really appreciate some guidance. I’m worried about losing work during longer edits.
