Some games are relaxing.

Some games are competitive.

And then there’s agario, a game that somehow manages to be relaxing, stressful, hilarious, and chaotic all at the same time.

The funny thing is, the first time I played it, I thought it looked almost too simple to be interesting. No complex controls, no story, no fancy graphics — just colorful circles floating around a grid.

But after a few rounds, I realized something: simple doesn’t mean boring.

In fact, agario is one of those rare games where the chaos created by real players makes every round feel completely different. Some sessions are calm and strategic. Others turn into pure survival mode.

And one particular round I played recently perfectly captured why I keep coming back to this strange little game.
