Basis - instance expiration and deletion

To enhance the protection of customer data, we've introduced a new feature that automatically deletes all data from JCV Cloud instances once they have expired.

Should you notice that your instance is marked as "Expired," this indicates it has surpassed its validity period. For users on trial instances interested in retaining access to their features, we encourage reaching out to our sales team to transition to a paid subscription. Paid users encountering this issue should verify their contract renewal date with our sales team for uninterrupted service.

For all the instances that are expired, we will save the data for 30 days till 2024/3/31.

All the data in expired instances will be deleted after 2024/3/31 at 11:59:50 pm

お客様のデータ保護を強化するため、有効期限が切れたJCV Cloudインスタンスのすべてのデータを削除する新機能をリリースしました。

インスタンスが「期限切れ」と表示されている場合、そのインスタンスは有効期間を超えていることを意味します。同じ機能を引き続き使用したい場合は、トライアルインスタンスを使用しているユーザーはに貴社の担当営業に連絡し、有料インスタンスにアップグレードしてください。すでに有料インスタンスを使用している場合は、契約日について貴社の担当営業に確認してください。

有効期限が切れたすべてのインスタンスについて、2024年3月31日までの30日間データを保存します。

有効期限が切れたインスタンスのすべてのデータは、2024年3月31日の午後11時59分50秒以降に削除されます。
