Q3. Does the service support facial recognition with masks?

Yes. But we strongly recommend not registering a portrait with a mask.


Q4. Is there a limit on the number of identities that could be registered?

Yes, Please refer to the limit of the business plan.


Q5. Is there a limit on the number of identities in the search API?

No, there is no limit on the number of identities in the search API.


Q6. What will happen if the API quota is exceeded?

You can still use the API service as usual. But you will be charged an extra unit or order.


Q7. Is the quality check necessary?

It depends on your use case. If you want to apply strict standards or have many identities, you may want to perform quality checks during registration to achieve high accuracy in facial recognition. But in standard use cases, you can skip that if you encounter too many rejections.


Q8. Can I recover the custom field data if I accidentally delete it in the template?

Usually, deleting a custom field will also delete all values of this field attached to identities. If you need help with the recovery, please get in touch with our customer support.
